578.377. 1. A person commits the crime of unlawfully receiving foodstamp coupons or ATP cards if he knowingly receives or uses the proceeds offood stamp coupons or ATP cards to which he is not lawfully entitled or forwhich he has not applied and been approved by the department to receive.
2. Unlawfully receiving food stamp coupons or ATP cards is a class Dfelony unless the face value of the food stamp coupon or ATP cards is lessthan five hundred dollars, in which case unlawful receiving of food stampcoupons and ATP cards is a class A misdemeanor.
