Commissioners to report to governor, when, content--compensation forextra duties.

621.017. 1. Each administrative hearing commissionerserving on August 13, 1984, shall prepare and submit to thegovernor a report on suggested improvements for theadministrative procedure law. Such report shall be submittedannually by each commissioner until the expiration of the termthat he is serving on August 13, 1984.

2. For the performance of the duties imposed under theprovisions of subsection 1 of this section, each commissionershall receive a sum that when added to the other compensationpaid to that commissioner prior to August 13, 1984, will equalthe sum provided by adding together the compensation specified bysections 621.015 and 621.055. This sum shall be paid in the samemanner as other compensation is paid.
