Rules, procedure.

622.027. The division director with the approval of the departmentdirector shall make all rules necessary to perform the duties andresponsibilities assigned to the division. The administrative law judges,acting together, shall make all necessary rules required to establishprocedures of practice before them. All rules by the division director orthe administrative law judges shall be made in accordance with theprovisions of this section and chapter 536, RSMo. No rule or portion of arule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shall become effectiveunless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section536.024, RSMo.
