Orders of the division, written and entered in division'srecords--records made available to division by common carrier.

622.210. 1. Every order, authorization or certificate issued orapproved by the division under any provision of this chapter shall be inwriting and entered on the records of the division. Any such order,authorization or certificate, or any part thereof, or a copy of the recordof any such order, authorization or certificate, certified by anadministrative law judge or by the secretary of the division director underthe seal of the division to be a true copy of the original order,authorization, certificate or entry, may be recorded in the office of therecorder of any county or city, in which is located the principal officeand place of business of any corporation, person or carrier affectedthereby, or in which is situated any property of any such corporation,person or carrier, and such record shall impart notice of its provisions toall persons. A certificate under the seal of the division that any suchorder, authorization or certificate has not been modified, stayed,suspended or revoked may also be recorded in the same offices in the samemanner and with the same effect.

2. Every common carrier which engages in intrastate commerce withinthis state shall make available to the division within this state allaccounts, records, memoranda, books and papers carried in pursuance of therequirements of law.
