630.035. 1. The directors of the various divisions of thedepartment, with the approval of the department director, shall,in accordance with chapter 36, RSMo, appoint for each facilityunder the administration and control of their respectivedivisions chief administrative officers of the facilities.
2. The major facilities of the department shall have chiefsof medical staff who shall be licensed physicians withresponsibilities for the development and monitoring of medicalcare and treatment.
