630.040. 1. The chief administrative officers of thefacilities of the divisions of the department, subject to thedirectives of the department director and the respective divisiondirectors, shall have charge, control and management of theirfacilities.
2. The chief administrative officer of each facility shallkeep the records and make the reports which the department andthe respective division deem necessary and advisable.
3. Each chief administrative officer shall exercise thepowers and duties of the appointing authority under chapter 36,RSMo, subject to the supervision of the department director andthe respective division directors.
