630.060. The department shall seek and encourage cooperation and activeparticipation of communities, counties, organizations, agencies, private andnot-for-profit corporations and individuals in the effort to establish andmaintain quality programs and services for persons affected by mentaldisorders, developmental disabilities or alcohol or drug abuse. Thedepartment shall develop programs of public information and education for thispurpose.
