Department to receive federal grants and aids,when--administration--application approval--reports.

630.090. 1. If so designated by the governor, thedepartment shall receive all federal grants and aids under theterms of the grants and aids and administer or pay them outsubject to the provisions attached.

2. The director shall approve such applications for federalassistance administered through the department as may beconsidered advisable after consultation with the appropriatedivision director and state advisory or planning council.

3. The department shall make reports required, provideminimum standards for the maintenance and operation ofresidential facilities, day programs or specialized servicesfunded by the department as are required under the terms of thegrants and aids, and require compliance with these standards.
