Affiliation agreements from grantees required.

630.435. To coordinate the delivery system of accessibledepartment services, to integrate the community-based programinto the department system and to avoid duplication ofstate-provided or -supported services, the department shallrequire affiliation agreements with the grantees as a conditionfor receiving the grants. In the agreements, the departmentshall assign responsibility to the grantee for providing certainservices for meeting the needs of unserved, underserved orinappropriately served persons for whom the state has theresponsibility to serve.
