630.540. The board of public buildings, as created undersection 8.010, RSMo, and the commissioner of administration shallreview each proposed transfer or conveyance of any interest inreal property owned by the state for the department. The boardand the commissioner shall report to the general assembly anyrecommendations either might have regarding the consideration forsuch transfer or conveyance to protect the interests of the stateprior to such transfer or conveyance.
