Penalty for failure to obtain license--attorney general to representdepartment--relief to be granted.

630.740. 1. Any person establishing, conducting, managingor operating any residential facility or day program without alicense as provided for in sections 630.705 to 630.760 is guiltyof a class C misdemeanor.

2. The attorney general shall represent the department,which may institute an action in the name of the state for aninjunction or other process against any person or governmentalunit to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct,management or operation of a residential facility or day programwithout a license as required under this law.
