630.766. In any situation described in section 630.763 thedepartment may place a person to act as a monitor in thefacility. The monitor shall observe operation of the residentialfacility and shall advise it on how to comply with state laws andregulations, and shall submit a written report periodically tothe department on the operation of the facility.
