630.815. The director of the department of mental healthshall be the compact administrator who, acting jointly with likeofficers of other party states, shall have power to promulgaterules and regulations to carry out more effectively the terms ofthe compact. The compact administrator is hereby authorized,empowered and directed to cooperate with all departments,agencies and officers of and in the government of this state andits subdivisions in facilitating the proper administration of thecompact or any supplementary agreement or agreements entered intoby this state thereunder.
