640.657. Annually, at the conclusion of each state fiscal year, eachborrower pursuant to the provisions of sections 640.651 to 640.686 shallcompute the actual energy cost savings resulting from the implementation ofthe energy conservation project financed by the loan or financialassistance. Energy cost savings shall be calculated in the mannerprescribed by the department.
