Annual report on effectiveness of emissions inspection program,requirements.

643.353. Beginning January 15, 2008, and annually thereafter, thedepartment of natural resources shall submit a report to the governor andgeneral assembly that describes the overall effectiveness of thedecentralized emissions inspection program. Such report shall be basedupon the latest available data, including data derived from EPA modelanalysis. The report shall contain an interpretative analysis detailingwhether or not the ambient air quality achieved by the decentralizedemissions inspection program exceeds the ambient air quality achieved bythe current centralized emissions inspection program.
