Jefferson County, crime laboratory, funding.

650.110. In addition to any other laboratories funded by theMissouri crime laboratory assistance program, the department ofpublic safety shall provide funds for the operation of a crimelaboratory in any first class county without a charter form ofgovernment which adjoins both a first class county with a charterform of government and at least two counties which are countiesof the second class on August 28, 1989. Such funding shall be bycontractual arrangement as provided by section 650.105, and shallbe subject to the same terms and conditions established by thedepartment to fund other crime laboratories under that section.
