Appeals, procedure.

650.285. Any person aggrieved by an order or act of thedirector or the chief inspector under sections 650.200 to 650.290may, within fifteen days' notice thereof, appeal from the orderor act to the board which shall, within thirty days thereafter,issue an appropriate order either approving or disapproving theorder or act. A copy of the order by the board shall be given toall interested parties. Within thirty days after any order oract of the board any person aggrieved by a final order of theboard shall be entitled to a judicial review thereof as providedin sections 536.100 to 536.140, RSMo.
