660.070. The commissioner of administration, in consultation with thedirector of the division of aging, shall promulgate rules that establishprocedures for contracting with grantees receiving funds under sections660.067 to 660.070. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under theauthority of sections 660.067 to 660.070 shall become effective unless ithas been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
