Eligibility for assistance--income defined.

660.105. Every qualified individual household for which anapplication is made, and every applicant household in which the head of thehousehold or spouse is elderly or disabled and the income for the priorcalendar year does not exceed one hundred and fifty percent of the currentfederal poverty level or sixty percent of the state median income, shall bean "eligible household" and shall be entitled to receive assistance underthe utilicare program if moneys have been appropriated by the generalassembly to the utilicare stabilization fund established pursuant tosection 660.136. "Income" shall be as defined in section 135.010, RSMo.
