Interference with delivery of services, effect--remedy.

660.275. If an eligible adult gives consent to receiveprotective services and any other person interferes with orprevents the delivery of such services, the director may petitionthe appropriate court for an order to enjoin the interferencewith the delivery of the services. The petition shall allege theconsent of the eligible adult and shall allege specific factssufficient to show that the eligible adult faces a likelihood ofserious physical harm and is in need of the protective servicesand that delivery is barred by the person named in the petition.If the court finds upon a preponderance of evidence that theallegations in the petition are true, the court may issue anorder enjoining the interference with the delivery of theprotective services and may establish such conditions andrestrictions on the delivery as the court deems necessary andproper under the circumstances.
