Withdrawal and deposits by persons applying or receiving publicassistance--information to be furnished, procedure.

660.327. Any entity shall, upon request by the department,inform the department of the amount deposited in the entity tothe credit of any person named in such request who is theapplicant for or recipient of public assistance. The entityshall, after ten days' written notice to such person by thedepartment also upon request of the department, furnish recordsof any deposits and withdrawals during the past five yearsconcerning any applicant for or recipient of public assistance.
