660.350. The disclosure of any information provided to theentity by the department or the disclosure of any informationregarding the identity of any applicant for or recipient ofpublic assistance, by an officer or employee of any entity, or byany person receiving such information from such employee orofficer is prohibited. Any person violating this section shallbe guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
