Uniform rules for investigation of child sexual abuse cases--trainingprovided for division of family services, staff.

660.523. 1. By January 1, 1991, using approved state childabuse and neglect federal grant funds, the department of socialservices shall develop uniform protocols for investigations ofchild sexual abuse cases pursuant to chapter 210, RSMo, and shallprovide training to division of family services employees whoinvestigate reports of such cases.

2. The department of social services shall develop separateprotocols for multiple-suspect and multiple-victim cases.
