700.060. As used in sections 700.060 to 700.115, the term"manufactured home" shall also include units defined in section 700.010 ifsuch units are in two or more separately towable components designed to bejoined into one integral unit capable of being again separated into thecomponents for repeated towing and includes two manufactured home unitsjoined into a single residential or business unit which are kept onseparate chassis for repeated towing. For the purposes of sections 700.060to 700.115, a "manufactured home" shall not include a recreational vehicleor a recreational park trailer.
