700.380. All transactions involving liens or encumbrances onmanufactured homes entered into before July 1, 2003, and the rights,duties, and interests flowing from such transactions shall remain validthereafter except as otherwise provided by law, and may be terminated,completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by any statuteor other law amended or repealed by sections 700.350 to 700.380 as thoughsuch repeal or amendment had not occurred.
