700.689. The commission shall implement a process, by rule,consistent with Title VI of P.L. 106-569 and any federal regulationspromulgated pursuant to that act, to resolve disputes arising amongmanufacturers, dealers, and installers of manufactured homes regardingresponsibility for correcting or repairing defects in manufactured homesthat are reported during the one-year period beginning on the date ofinstallation. The program shall provide for issuing appropriate orders.
