     61-7-104. Accident involving damage to vehicle. (1) The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident resulting only in damage to a vehicle that is driven or attended by any person shall immediately stop the vehicle at the scene of the accident or as close to the scene as possible and shall return to and remain at the scene of the accident until the person has fulfilled the requirements of 61-7-105. The stop must be made without obstructing traffic more than is necessary.
     (2) Any person failing to stop or comply with the requirements of subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor.
