     81-6-102. Organization of committee -- officers -- meetings. The county livestock protective committee shall upon appointment and annually after appointment organize by election of a presiding officer and a secretary. Meetings of the committee must be held at the call of the presiding officer or any two members of the committee. Minutes of all meetings of the committee must be kept by the secretary. The minutes must be presented at the ensuing meeting of the committee and upon approval must be signed by the presiding officer and secretary and immediately deposited with the county clerk and recorder and kept available for public inspection.
