17-210. Board of trustees; ordinances; publication; chairman pro tempore.The chairman of the board of trustees shall cause the ordinances of the board to be printed and published for the information of the inhabitants, and cause the same to be carried into effect. In the absence of the chairman of the board from any meeting of the board of trustees, such board shall have power to appoint a chairman pro tempore, who shall exercise and have the powers and perform the same duties as the regular chairman.
