Cancellation of certificate of authority.(ULLCA 807) To cancelits certificate of authority to transact business in this state, a foreignlimited liability company must deliver to the Secretary of State for filinga notice of cancellation stating the name of the company and that the companydesires to cancel its certificate of authority.
