County clerk or designated official; remit funds; when.The county clerk or designated county official shall remit all funds due the State Treasurer under sections 60-154 to 60-160 monthly and not later than the fifth day of the month following collection. The county clerk or designated county official shall remit fees not due the State of Nebraska to the respective county treasurer who shall credit the fees to the county general fund.
