76-2213. Licensed residential real propertyappraiser, defined.Licensed residential real property appraiser means aperson who holds a valid credential as a licensed residential real property appraiser issued underthe Real Property Appraiser Act. Licensedresidential real property appraiser includes persons defined as licensed realproperty appraisers prior to April 15, 2010.
