77-1029. Verification of work eligibilitystatus.Amunicipality shall not approve or grant to any person any incentive underthe Nebraska Advantage Transformational Tourism and Redevelopment Act unlessthe taxpayer provides evidence satisfactory to the municipality that the taxpayerelectronically verified the work eligibility status of all newly hired employeesemployed in Nebraska.
