118B.028  Enforcement of subpoena issued by Division.  If any person to whom the Administrator has directed a subpoena refuses to produce any books, papers or documents which the subpoena requires, the Administrator may apply to the district court for the judicial district in which the investigation is being carried on for the enforcement of the subpoena in the manner provided by law for the enforcement of a subpoena in a civil action. If the person to whom the subpoena was directed objects that the material not produced is not strictly relevant, the burden is upon the Administrator to show probable relevance.
