Statutes > Nevada > Title-10 > Chapter-119a > General-provisions > 119a-100119A.100 “Public offering statement” defined. “Public offering statement” means a report, issued by the Administrator pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, which authorizes a developer to offer to sell or sell time shares in the time-share plan which is the subject of the report.
