125D.130  “Wrongful retention” defined.  “Wrongful retention” means the keeping or concealing of a child that breaches rights of custody or visitation given or recognized pursuant to the law of this State.

      NRS 125D.140  Applicability of other law.  NRS 125A.275, 125A.285 and 125A.295 apply to cooperation and communication among courts in proceedings pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
