Statutes > Nevada > Title-14 > Chapter-179d > General-provisions > 179d-0557179D.0557 “Nonresident offender or sex offender who is a student or worker within this State” and “nonresident offender or sex offender” defined. “Nonresident offender or sex offender who is a student or worker within this State” or “nonresident offender or sex offender” means an offender or sex offender who is a student or worker within this State but who is not otherwise deemed a resident offender or sex offender pursuant to subsection 2 or 3 of NRS 179D.460.
