233B.045 Treatment of regulations adopted by certain entities other than agencies. The Legislative Counsel shall treat regulations adopted by entities other than agencies in the same manner as regulations adopted by agencies if the entity is required by statute to adopt the regulation in the manner prescribed by this chapter.
