Statutes > Nevada > Title-18 > Chapter-233f > 233f-040233F.040 “Communication” defined. “Communication” means any transmission, emission or reception of signs, signals, writings, images or sounds which convey intelligence of any nature by wire, radio, optical or other electromagnetic systems.
