233F.117 Extension of state communications system by state agency; approval of Director. If a state agency other than the Communications Unit adds equipment which extends the state communications system to another location, the extension, if approved by the Director, becomes part of the state communications system. An approved extension of the system is subject to the provisions of this chapter relating to the system.
