Statutes > Nevada > Title-22 > Chapter-278 > General-provisions > 278-0107278.0107 “Average residential density” defined. “Average residential density” means the number of lots intended for residential dwelling units within the boundaries of a subdivided or developed area, divided by the total number of acres within the boundaries of the subdivision or developed area.
