Statutes > Nevada > Title-22 > Chapter-278 > General-provisions > 278-0115278.0115 “Building official” defined. “Building official” means a person employed by a city or county who is charged with the administration and enforcement of building codes. The term includes a person appointed to fill the position of building official pursuant to NRS 278.570 and an administrative official of the city or county who is authorized by the city or county to assume the functions of the position of building official pursuant to NRS 278.570.
