333A.0918  Conclusive determination of using agency that statutory limitations have been met.  The determination of the using agency that the limitations imposed upon the issuance of obligations pursuant to this chapter, including, without limitation, any obligations for funding or refunding obligations, have been met shall be conclusive in the absence of fraud or arbitrary and gross abuse of discretion regardless of whether the authorizing resolution or the obligations authorized by that resolution contain a recital as authorized by NRS 333A.092.
