Statutes > Nevada > Title-3 > Chapter-31a > Assignment-of-income > 31a-27031A.270 Calculation of amount to be assigned. NRS 31A.160 applies to all assignments of income pursuant to NRS 31A.250 to 31A.330, inclusive. The assignment:
1. Must be calculated in accordance with NRS 31.295.
2. May include the amount of the current support due and a payment on the arrearages if previously ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
