427A.760 Definitions. [Effective through June 30, 2013.] As used in NRS 427A.760 to 427A.780, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 427A.762 to 427A.768, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
