427A.791 “Person with a physical disability” defined. As used in NRS 427A.791, 427A.793 and 427A.795, unless the context otherwise requires, “person with a physical disability” means a person with a physical disability that substantially limits the person’s ability to participate and contribute independently in the community in which he or she lives.
