Statutes > Nevada > Title-38 > Chapter-432b > General-provisions > 432b-070432B.070 “Mental injury” defined. “Mental injury” means an injury to the intellectual or psychological capacity or the emotional condition of a child as evidenced by an observable and substantial impairment of the ability of the child to function within a normal range of performance or behavior.
