Statutes > Nevada > Title-39 > Chapter-433b > 433b-170433B.170 Proficiency in English language required of certain employees. The Administrator shall not employ any psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, registered nurse, clinical professional counselor or marriage and family therapist who is unable to demonstrate proficiency in the oral and written expression of the English language.
