Statutes > Nevada > Title-40 > Chapter-441a > Sexually-transmitted-diseases > 441a-270441A.270 Instruction of patients on prevention and treatment of disease. A physician, clinic or dispensary providing treatment to a person who has a sexually transmitted disease shall instruct the person in the methods of preventing the spread of the disease and in the necessity of systematic and prolonged treatment.
