446.067  “Temporary food establishment” defined.  “Temporary food establishment” means any food establishment which operates at a fixed location for a temporary period of time, not to exceed 2 weeks, in connection with a fair, carnival, circus, public exhibition, celebration or similar transitory gathering.

      NRS 446.069  “Wholesome” defined.  “Wholesome” means in sound condition, clean, free from adulteration, and otherwise suitable for use as human food.
